2. Terminal is located at :


    36 50 65 N      36 08 71 E


3. Pilotage and tugging are compulsory for mooring and for

    unmooring.


    Mooring from daybreak until sunset, no mooring after sunset.


    Unmooring round the clock.


4. As there are not ballast facilities, vessel must imperatively

    arrive with clean ballast.


    Guidance, fines for pollution are up to USD 250,000.00

7. one hour prior arrival Master to contact ‘Toros Pilot’ on

    VHF channel 13 - 16.


8. Vessel will moor at sea buoys as follows :


  - One buoy at Portside ahead

  - Two buoys at aft


9. Hoses connection midship, portside

       2X10 inches for dirty products

       2X 8 inches for clean products


    Loading is carried out at an average of 1700/1800 MT per hour

    for dirty products and 1200/1500 MT for clean products.



10. FLUSHING OF CARGO SHORE LINES :


    Shore cargo lines are full of 266 CBM water. Prior cargo operations

    this water will be taken to slop tank onboard and after cargo

    operations the water will be pumped back to the line.


    OR


    If vessel does not have space, water in the line will be pushed by

    the cargo onboard and will be taken into a slop tank ashore.

    When there is enough space onboard, cargo operations will stop

    and vessel will take this water into one of its tanks. Then after

    cargo operations the water will be pumped back to the line.


11. MAX LOA   : 220 meters

    MAX DRAFT : 12.25 meters for black products

                16.00 meters for white products

    MAX DWT   : 55,000 M/T


12. Fresh water is not available.


13. Bunkering is not permitted while vessel is in berth.


14. Shipchandling is possible.


15. I M P O R T A N T

   There is a ban on South Cyprus related vessels.


   Vessels ;

   - flying South Cyprus flag, or

   - Registered at South Cyprus, or

   - Owned or operated or managed by residents of South Cyprus, or

   - Owned or operated or managed by South Cyprus citizens, even

   if they are residents of other countries, or

   - vessels owned and/or managed by persons or their affiliates,

   who have double nationality, one of which being South Cyprus,

   - Regardless of their flag, vessels which have South Cypriot

   shareholders.

   are not accepted at Turkish ports.


   Furthermore, regardless of its flag, any vessel which has cargo for

   South Cyprus or coming from any South Cyprus port (loaded or on

   ballast) or any vessel going from Turkey to any South Cypriot port

   is not accepted at Turkish ports.


   Vessels which are sold to other countries, if cannot submit the

   proper documents proving the new register and that the old register

   at South Cyprus has been canceled, are also not accepted.



16. Free Pratique is granted only upon boarding of the Sanitary

    Officer. To avoid fines, Master to ensure that the yellow

    flag is hoisted until Sanitary Officer grants the Free

    Pratique and gives approval to put the yellow flag down.
